UNIMA Officials Involved in Road Accident in Dedza While Returning from Funeral of Student Found Hanging in Zomba

Reports reaching our news desk indicate that officials from the University of Malawi were involved in a road accident around midnight in Dedza while returning from the funeral ceremony in Karonga for a student who was found hanging at Chipiloni Mountain in Zomba.
The officials have been identified as Mr. Lamba, Mr. Manda, Mr. Dagoulas, and the Student Union president, Mr. Thanks Elia.
They are currently receiving treatment at Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe.
Police are yet to comment on the matter.
