Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) regional governor for eastern region Daud Chikwanje is today appearing before the court in Zomba.
Chikwanje was arrested on Monday over a video clip where he was mobilizing DPP supporters to set ablaze any person putting on Malawi Congress Party (MCP) regalia.
The hearing was scheduled to take place at Liwonde but it has been moved to Zomba for security grounds.
Chikwanje is DPP Member of Parliament for Machinga Central East Constituency.
