The Mighty Mukuru Wanderers have narrowed the points gap with Silver Strikers to 5 in the TNM Super league following their victory over Fomo FC at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.
Wanderers defeated Fomo FC 1-0 with a goal scored by Wisdom Mpinganjira in the 9th minute of the first half.
In other matches, Bangwe All Stars and Silver Strikers drew 0-0 at Balaka Stadium, while Mzuzu City Hammers and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets also played to a 0-0 draw at Mzuzu Stadium.
Currently, Silver Strikers are at the top with 49 points, Mighty Wanderers are in second place with 44 points, and Bullets are in third with 34 points.
