A man identified as Rodgers Frazer is battling for his life at Mua Mission Hospital in Dedza District after being electrocuted at Golomoti this morning.
According to information at hand, the victims met his fate while on his way to the market to sale the bamboos he was carrying on his back.
Socia media influencer Gerald Chavez Kampanikiza has confirmed of the development in a statement posted on his official facebook page.
“Zachitika ku Golomoti munthu ananyamula msungwi zosawuma amapita ku msika kuti akaguritse ndiye anafika pomwe panadutsa line ya magetsi kuti apume mpamene sungwi zija zinagundana ndi ma wire a magetsi ndiye anayamba kupsa anthu ena anayesa kumuulumutsa oti ali mwakakayaka ku chipatala cha Mua,” wrote Kampanikiza.
Health officials from Mua Mission Hospital are yet to comment on the matter.
