Harris Jaspar Kasambala has once again claimed victory in the Mr. Zomba Bodybuilding and Powerlifting Championship, held at Naminyowe Villa in Zomba, as he had confidently promised.

Victor Chimwaza took second place, while Ophaniel Kanyenda finished third.

“I said it before, no one can take this trophy from me. The other competitors were too young,” said a confident Kasambala after his win.

In the heavy-weightlifting category, Moses Mphinga emerged victorious, lifting a total of 647 kilograms across different weight categories.

Bright Limani, the event organizer, expressed his satisfaction with how the competition unfolded.

Joel Chirambo, Director of African Herbal Mixture Clinic, represented other sponsors of the event, including Mahogany Insurance Brokers Limited, Green Squad Security Services, Namadzi Bottlers, and fitness enthusiast Atusaye Mwaupighu, all of whom contributed to the success of the championship.
