Maranatha Private Academy Managing Dr. Ernest Kaonga has finally fulfilled his promise by awarding the 2024 Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) examination top performers MK2 million each.
The two Owen Jelasi and Hellen Thombosi, all from Maranatha Academy got 8 and 10 points respectively in the just released examination.
The two received the cash during Zokonda Amayi Dinner organized by state controlled Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) at Grand Palace Hotel in Mzuzu attended by first lady Madam Monica Chakwera.
Kaonga handed the cash to the two through Madam Chakwera.
The two also received scholarship offer letter from a University in India.
