A humorous incident occurred when a woman’s dress was lifted by a gust of wind while she stood in the back of an open truck, near the nearly completed Mbudzi roundabout.

The strong breeze exposed her legs up to mid-thigh and revealed bright pink panties underneath. Despite the unexpected wardrobe malfunction, she maintained her composure, holding onto the sides of the truck with poise.

Passengers in the truck appeared oblivious to the commotion, focused on their own conversations.

Nearby motorists pulled out their phones to capture the moment, eliciting laughter and disbelief from onlookers.
