Allan Witika’s Murder Case Adjourned To 25 November 2024

Justice Mzonde Mvula has adjourned the Allan Witika murder case to 25 November 2024 for oral submissions from the defence and the prosecution team.
Justice Mvula has given the defence 14 days to prepare and submit written submissions by 1 November 2024 and the prosecution team to do likewise and submit their written submissions by 15 November 2024.
Suspect Lester Maganga still stands accused of murder though state witness Sergeant Clement Dinyero has told the court that he is being treated as an accomplice.
The Judge is also yet to rule on Maganga’s bail application.
