The opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has finally recovered its official Faceboook page which was hacked by unknown people.
The party has confirmed of the development through a statement made available to this publication.
“We are happy to share that the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Facebook page is now back in our control! Thank you for your patience and support while we worked to fix it.
“We want to thank all Malawians, both at home and abroad, and the organizations that helped us get our page back. Your quick actions and support were amazing. This shows how much everyone wants the Proven Leadership of His Excellency President Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika back in next year’s elections,” reads part of the statement.
Added the statement: “We know it’s important to stay connected with our supporters and the public, especially in today’s world. We promise to keep you updated and share engaging content.”
