Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) Jesus National Church has been awarded The Global Visionary and Pioneer in Smart City Transformation at the Burj CEO Awards in Instabul Turkey.
The award follows the Goshen City Project iniatiative currently underway in the eastern district of Mangochi.
Bushiri has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press, saying the recognition is not just a personal milestone but a celebration building together a Goshen City.
According to Bushiri, the Goshen City project is a blue print for sustainable, innovative urban living that bridges the communities and drives progress.
Bushiri then hailed the Burj CEO Awards for the honour and pledged to continue to transform, inspire and lead with purpose.
The Awards are taking place in Instabul, Turkey from 22 to 26 October.
