United Transformation Movement (UTM) Presidential Aspirant Mathews Mtumbuka has officially presented nomination papers ahead the party’s elective conference.
Mtumbuka is the second Presidential candidate to present the papers today.
Speaking after presenting the nomination papers Mtumbuka urged UTM delegates to vote for him if they want to experience the real change.
He said he has worked across the World and in all those positions he has come out clean.
Mtumbuka will face UTM Secretary General Patricia Kaliati at 4 other candidates on the post of presidency in UTM at the convention.
The engineer has paid MK20 million to contest for the post.
