United Transformation Movement (UTM) Secretary Patricia Kaliati has said those competing at the party’s general meeting should not complain if they lose.
Kaliati, who made the remarks during the party’s press briefing, emphasized the need for unity and stated that those who lose should support their colleagues who win in order to work together for the party’s success.
Also speaking, the party’s spokesperson, Mr. Felix Njawala, stated that the meeting held today addressed and resolved all previous choke points.
“So, you won’t hear anyone contradicting what has been said here,” said Mr. Njawala.
UTM is scheduled to hold its convention on November 17, 2024, where new officials will be elected to lead the party during the upcoming general elections.
