A man, now dubbed “Zimbabwe’s Baltazar,” has sparked a storm of controversy after reportedly being caught in a web of romantic entanglements with several married women. According to footage shared by Crimewatch Zimbabwe on X (formerly Twitter), the man was violently confronted by a group of angry husbands, members of the Mapostori sect, who pinned him to the ground and struck him with rubber sticks.
The intense video shows the men questioning the accused, demanding answers about his actions. “How many women have you been with, and why did you do this?” one of the husbands can be heard asking, as the man lies restrained and vulnerable.
Reports suggest that the women involved in these relationships had expressed dissatisfaction with their marriages, citing unmet emotional and physical needs as reasons for seeking attention outside their homes.
