The president, Dr Lazarus Chakwera, will address the people of Malawi today at 8 o’clock in the evening.
The spokesperson for the government, Mr. Anthony Kasunda, confirmed this in a letter he published this evening.
Although this letter did not explain much about what the leader wants to talk about, there is hope that Chakwera will talk about some issues that people in this country have been complaining about that are not going well such as lack of fuel, hunger and political violence.
Some hope it will also encourage people to register to vote for next year’s general elections.
