President Dr Lazarus Chakwera will today inspect development projects and hold whistle stop tours in six places in Lilongwe.
His first stop will be at Chiuzira primary school Ground in Lilongwe Central Constituency where hundreds of people have already gathered to welcome the Malawi leader who is expected to drum up mobilisation for voter registration exercise.
Chakwera will later travel to Pondamale Trading Centre, and later proceed to Chiseka and Mitundu Trading Centres in Msinja North Constituency, before proceeding to Maluwa and Kacheta Trading centres in Msozi South and Msozi North respectively.
Apart from mobilising people to register for elections, Chakwera has been explaining to the people on government’s strategies on food security, immediate hunger response and agricultural loans being disbursed by the National Economic Empowerment Fund.
