Sean “Diddy” Combs has been denied bail for a third time ahead of his May 2025 trial, where he faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution.
A federal judge ruled that Combs poses a significant risk to the community, citing evidence of violence, witness tampering, and violations of jail communication rules.
Prosecutors have claimed he tampered with witnesses while in custody. Combs had requested a $50 million bail package, offering his mother’s house as collateral, but this was rejected.
He denies all charges, including running a criminal empire involving drugging and exploiting women, and is set to stand trial next year
