According to Mail Online, Leczycka and her husband David Leczycki, from Siedlce, had married just 23 days before being found unconscious on a Miami street.

Local media reported that the couple had been stripped of cash and jewelry, leading US police to initially believe they had been drugged and robbed.

However, further investigation revealed that the couple had voluntarily consumed psychoactive drugs. In August 2022, hours before her death, Leczycka posted images of herself enjoying drinks at a Miami beach.

Investigators in Poland later determined that Leczycka had likely suffered from either an allergic reaction or overdose. On October 23, 2024, the Siedlce District Prosecutor’s Office decided to discontinue the investigation into her death.

Despite extensive investigative efforts and expert opinions, they could not definitively rule out that the couple had been involuntarily drugged.
