50 Cent has reacted to the accusations against JAY-Z in a bombshell lawsuit, where he is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy in 2000.
In typical 50 Cent fashion, he trolled his rap rival with a meme of himself from Entourage, writing on Instagram: “Ok I don’t know what’s going on, but are we gonna still have the Super Bowl [worried face emoji].” He added, “I’m just asking for a friend!”
The lawsuit, filed in October and amended on December 8, accuses JAY-Z and Diddy of the alleged assault at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. JAY-Z responded strongly, calling the allegations “heinous” and urging the accuser to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one.
He further criticized the lawyer behind the suit, Tony Buzbee, saying, “This lawyer… seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!” In a statement about the impact of the lawsuit on his family, JAY-Z added, “We don’t play these types of games.
We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain.”
He concluded by expressing sympathy for “true victims in the world” and stated he looks forward to clearing his name.
