Newly elected U.S. President Donald Trump has dismissed reports suggesting that he plans to hand over the country’s leadership to billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk.

Speaking in Arizona on Sunday, Trump emphasized that Musk is ineligible to lead the nation due to not being a natural-born U.S. citizen, a requirement under American law.

“No, no, he’s not taking leadership. Musk was born in South Africa,” Trump asserted.

The remarks come amid growing public concern over Musk’s significant involvement in key projects under the incoming administration, sparking debate about his influence on national affairs.
