A 24-year-old woman, Ntombizodwa Hlatshwayo, was allegedly stabbed to death by her fiancé in Turffontein, Johannesburg, South Africa, on December 11, 2024.

The advocacy group Women For Change shared the tragic news in a statement on December 27, 2024. According to the group, Ntombizodwa’s fiancé was promptly arrested by the police.

The case, however, was not covered by the media. The statement expressed sorrow over the loss, saying, “We are heartbroken over the loss of such a beautiful soul. Fly high.”
