The vice president of Malawi, Dr Michael Usi said he has no intention of taking the United Transformation Movement (UTM) to court following his expulsion from the party.

They said they have another way to respond to the letter written by the party to remove them from the party.

At the outset, Dr Usi said that he cannot be removed from the party by people who were elected illegally.

When the party invited Dr. Usi to the disciplinary committee, Dr. Usi did not even attend saying that he was busy, which made the party remove Mr. Usi.

They criticize his for behavior of bringing chaos in the party.
