Investigation Underway After 70 Bags of Cement Go Missing from Ntawa Primary School Construction Site in Thyolo

At least 70 bags of cement have allegedly gone missing at Ntawa Primary School in Thyolo. Reports suggest that the cement, which was intended for the construction of a new school block, disappeared earlier this week.
The school’s headteacher, Kingsley Siliya, has declined to comment as investigations are underway. Thyolo police spokesperson Rabecca Kashoti stated that they have not yet received any formal reports regarding the incident.
Meanwhile, Thyolo District Council spokesperson Yamikani Yapuwa has requested more time before issuing a response on the matter.
