Fomo FC Appoints Jimmy Zakazaka as New Head Coach Following Kafoteka Departure

Fomo Football Club has hired former Ekhaya FC coach Jimmy Zakazaka as their new head coach, replacing Elvis Kafoteka.
The club’s general secretary, Jimmy Maloya, confirmed the move, citing mutual agreement with Kafoteka to part ways following the relegation of the team from the TNM Super League.
Kafoteka, who succeeded Gilbert Chirwa, could not deliver the results needed to maintain Fomo FC into the top flight.
The Mulanje-based club has struggled in recent years, prompting management to shake up its technical team.
“We are confident Zakazaka will guide us back to the TNM Super League,” Maloya said.
