
MUBAS Student Fortune Milanzi Dies After Battling Aplastic Anemia

A dark cloud has fallen over the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) following the passing of one of its students, Fortune Milanzi, who had been battling a long-term illness.
Milanzi, who was diagnosed with aplastic anemia, had suspended his studies due to health complications. In an effort to save his life, fellow students and his family had joined hands to offer support, hoping for his recovery.
His relative, Boniface Milanzi, confirmed the sad news, stating that Fortune passed away at Lilongwe Central Hospital. He further mentioned that arrangements are being made to transport the body, but the burial date is yet to be announced.
