Two Men Arrested For Stealing Boreholes In Mulanje

Police spokesman in Mulanje, Innocent Moses, said the two men work in borehole repairs, and there have been increasing reports of stolen borehole equipment, prompting the police to launch an investigation.

The investigation revealed that the men, while working on repairs, would go out at night to steal equipment and sell it elsewhere.

The two men were found in possession of various borehole construction equipment that is suspected to have been stolen.

The two will appear before the court soon.
