The newly registered Charitable organization trading under the banner Needy Students Aid (NeSA) in partnership with FM Hair and Dressing Saloon on Thursday paid school fund for nearly 200 learners at Manyowe Primary School in Blantyre.

The organization also donated learning materials for 120 learners at the school and Catholic Institute (CI) Primary School in the city.

Speaking in an interview with the press, one of the members Abundant Haswell urged the learners to leave behind the challenges they are going through now and work hard in class.

“All we want is every child should remain in school and thus why as an organization we thought it wise to move in and support the learners. Today we have reached out to over 300 learners with school materials and school fund,” said Haswell.

According to Haswell, the organization in partnership with FM Hair and Dressing Saloon have spent over MK600, 000 in putting together everything.

On his part, Manyowe Primary School Head teacher Pasty Naliwa hailed NeSA for the timely donation to the learners.
Naliwa said the donation will help the learners to work hard in their studies.

Concurring with Naliwa’s remarks, Blessings Kafumbwe, head teacher for CI Primary School urged other well-wishers in the country to follow suit.

Kafumbwe said apart from the school materials, learners at the school lack school uniform and clothes.
