Police in Mzuzu have arrested Felix Mwale, 19, for robbing George Kapangire two cellphones and money at Paris night club in the city.

The incident occurred on January 25, 2025 at around 02:00 hours.

It has been established that the victim was at the said club where the suspect robbed him of two cell phones, a Samsung Note 20 and a Techno, and cash amounting to K80,000.

He reported the issue to Mzuzu Police Station, and Police detectives conducted an investigation which led to the arrest of the suspect on February 1, 2025, and recovered the two stolen cell phones.

He will appear before court to answer charges of robbery when all paperwork is comoleted.

Mwale comes from Thekereni Village, Traditional Authority Thekereni in Thyolo District.
