Veteran Broadcaster Lucius Chikuni Passes Away at 84 (Video)

Renowned radio broadcaster Lucius Chikuni has passed away.
Chikuni, known for his articulate voice and exceptional storytelling, died in the early hours of Monday, February 10, 2025, at Mwaiwathu Hospital in Blantyre.
Apart from working with MBC and Zodiak radio stations, Chikuni was also the writer of the famous play John Chilembwe (Adaferanji) and the Slogan of Zodiak Radio which says “Mwatsekula-yi ndi Zodiak Broadcasting Station, ZBS, You’ve turned to Zodiak Broadcasting Station ZBS”.
Born in Traditional Authority Chimaliro’s area in Thyolo, Chikuni died at the age of 84.
