Chakwera to Open 51st Session of Parliament with SONA Today

President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is set to open the 51st session of Parliament in Lilongwe today.
The office of the Speaker of the National Assembly says President Chakwera is expected to start delivering the State of Nation Address at 10 o’clock, this morning.
The event marks the beginning of the 2025/2026 Budget Meeting, which will run until Friday, April 11, 2025.
