Police officer and wife hack each other to de@th during argument in Ekiti, after his wife cut off his manh00d over inf!delity

NIGERIA – A tragic incident occurred in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, where a senior Nigerian police officer and his wife lost their lives following a violent domestic altercation.

The incident took place on Tuesday in the Ita-Eku area along Igirigiri Road. According to reports, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Caleb and his wife, Tate, were involved in a heated argument over allegations of infidelity. This argument quickly escalated into a violent confrontation, resulting in the deaths of both individuals.

It was reported that the wife allegedly attacked her husband, severing his manhood. In retaliation, the officer, in a moment of anger, used a machete to fatally attack his wife, causing severe injuries to her head and face.

The Police Public Relations Officer for Ekiti State, SP Sunday Abutu, confirmed the incident, stating, “We got a report that a couple, husband and wife, were dead, and we went to the scene and took them to the hospital where they were confirmed dead. We suspect a case of violence between the couple, and a knife was recovered at the scene. The police have begun a full investigation.”

Reports also revealed that the late ASP was in his second marriage, which sadly ended in this tragic event. Both bodies have been taken to a morgue for further examination.
