Chimwendo Banda, Gwengwe & Kunkuyu run for safety as protestors pelt stones on them

Vendors in Lilongwe have chased away Minister of Local Government Richard Chimwendo Banda, Minister of Trade Sosten Gwengwe, and Minister of Information Moses Kunkuyu, who had come to address their concerns.
The protesters rejected the government’s decision, arguing that it does not provide a real solution to the rising prices of second-hand bales.
Tensions escalated as vendors pelted stones at the ministers, forcing them to flee for safety.
