Heavy Presence Of Police Officers At Parliament Building As Protesting Vendors Arrive

There is a heavy presence of security personnel at the Parliament Building in Lilongwe, where vendors are protesting against the rising prices of bale clothes and have gathered to deliver their grievances.

The protesters began their march from Tsoka Market, where business has been halted due to the demonstration.

As of now, the protesters have arrived at Parliament, ready to present their concerns, hoping that lawmakers will intervene.
