MBC Senior Producer Chikondi Phikiso Dies in Mzuzu

One of the Senior Producers at Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC), Chikondi Phikiso, has died in Mzuzu.
According to reports that Face of Malawi has seen on social media, Phikisodied in the early hours of today, March 12, 2025, at Mzuzu Central Hospital, where she had been receiving medical care for the past few days.
Details regarding funeral arrangements will be announced in due course.
Passionate and very dedicated to her job, many people will remember her for producing programmes such as as ‘Pa Mlambe’ and ‘Mapemphero’ on the national broadcaster.
