Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Vice President for the Central Region, Alfred Gangata, is expected to appear in court today in Lilongwe.

Gangata was arrested two days ago on suspicion of using a fake MSCE certificate.

He is set to be formally charged today and is expected to apply for police bail.
