Large Turn Out Of DPP Supporters As Gangata Is Expected To Appear Court Today

Today, Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Vice President for the Central Region, Alfred Gangata, is expected to appear before a court in Lilongwe following his arrest two days ago.
Gangata was taken into custody by police on allegations of using a fake MSCE certificate.
The case has attracted a large number of DPP supporters from different parts of the country who have gathered to witness the court proceedings.
Gangata is expected to be formally charged today and will also apply for bail.
