
Teacher Stabbed to Death, Robbed of Motorbike in Thyolo

Thieves stabbed and killed a teacher from Mapanga Secondary School in Thyolo, Limbikani Kazembe, 33, last night.
His brother, Mike Kazembe, said that around 6 p.m. yesterday, the teacher was leaving Thunga on a motorbike to return to the school when two men asked him for a lift.
According to Kazembe, when they reached an area near Chisunga, one of the men stabbed the teacher in the neck with a knife, killing him on the spot.
The assailants then stole the teacher’s motorbike and mobile phone.
The deceased hailed from Samala Village in Balaka.
