Youths Arrested for Stealing Computer from Mwanza City Council

Police in Mwanza District have arrested three youths on suspicion of stealing a computer from the media wing of the Mwanza City Council.
According to Mwanza Police Spokesperson Hope Kasakula, the three suspects—aged 16, 15, and 18—have been linked to a series of crimes and robberies in the district.
Kasakula said that on March 31, 2025, police received a tip-off that the youths had broken into the office and stolen the items. They were later arrested.
The suspects, who are from Mchotseni Village in Kanduku, are expected to appear in court soon.
