Kondowe denies claims of Usi apologizing to UTM

Happy Kondowe, the secretary general of Odya Zake Alibe Mulandu, has denied claims made by the presidential advisor of United  Transformation Movement (UTM) Patricia Kaliati that Michael Usi apologized to the party and wants to return.

Kondowe explained that Usi and Dalitso Kabambe only met recently at a funeral in Phalombe, where Usi made it clear he has no issues with Kabambe but did not say anything about returning to UTM.

Yesterday, during a UTM rally at Bangwe in Blantyre, Kaliati told people that Usi admitted that he was wrong and asked Kabambe for forgiveness, suggesting he was ready to come back to the party.

However, Kondowe says this information is not true and the public should not believe it.
