Eli Njuchi To Drop New Album ‘Cifu’ In May

Malawian beloved musician Eli Njuchi has officially announced his highly anticipated upcoming album titled Cifu, set to be released on May 16, 2025.
The artist made the announcement today through his official Facebook page, where he shared the album’s cover art.
Cifu is named after his real name, Chifuniro Magalasi, marking a personal and reflective chapter in his musical journey. The project comes a year after his well-received 2024 album Jordan Year, which he dropped in celebration of his 23rd birthday.
Eli, known for his unique blend of Afro-pop and R&B, has become one of Malawi’s most celebrated artists in recent years in Malawi and Zambia.
