The Hollywood action film star, Sylvester Stallone is being accused of sexually assaulting a 16 year old fan in the year 1980.
It is also reported that the actor, commonly known as Rambo had also threatened to beat the girl if she reported the assault to anybody else.
However, Rambo has through his spokesperson denied the claims in what he has described as “ridiculous” and “Categorically false”.
“No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr Stallone. At no time was Mr Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter,” Stallone’s representative, Michelle Bega, told the Hollywood Reporter.
Rambo`s bodyguard is also implicated in the story as the complainant says she was forced to sleep with both of them and afterwards she was told that they were both married men and they would beat her up if she ever tells people about it.
The incident is said to have taken place at what was then the Las Vegas Hilton in 1986, while Stallone was promoting the film Over the Top.
According to the police report, the unnamed woman, who was staying at the hotel with her family, said she was given keys to a hotel room by the actor’s bodyguard, Michael De Luca.
After having sex with Stallone there, the woman claimed that De Luca became involved in the encounter, at which point she became “very uncomfortable”.
The claims against Stallone come in the wake of allegations of sexual assault and harassment made against a number of Hollywood Entertainment Industry Figures.
