Leaners from Chankhanga Primary School in Kasungu this morning went on rampage and invaded Kasungu Municipal Council Offices smashing offices windows and broke vehicles windscreens.
The learners were not happy with the decision by the Council which is alleged to have sold a football ground belonging to the School.
