Information sourced by faceofmalawi indicates that 14 lecturers from Polytechnic, a constituency of the University of Malawi (UNIMA) have been fired for alleged misconduct at work.

This has been disclosed in a MEMO dated August 24, 2018 addressed to all members of staff seen by FOM’s reporter.

“We regret to inform you the following are no longer members of staff as such they cannot transact any business in the name of the University of Malawi-The Polytechnic,” reads in part the MEMO.
