Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that incumbent lawmaker for Blantyre City South Constituency Allan Ngumuya has lost the primary elections being held by United Transformation Movement (UTM) Party.
Ngumuya who is also UTM’s Deputy Organizing Secretary lost the primary elections to football administrator Mabvuto Missi.
According to information at hand, Missi also outclassed UTM deputy party spokesperson Leonard Chimbanga.
UTM is conducting primaries across the country.
