Ulendo Air link, a subsidiary of Ulendo Malawi Group, has said it is determined to give customers enjoyable flight services having added the Blantyre-Lilongwe route on its domestic network.

Ulendo Air link Sales Consultant, Mwawi Gondwe Chirwa, said the business is satisfied with market response.

“We decided to start the Blantyre to Lilongwe route after seeing a need. We have started, and we will be flying to Blantyre nine times a week and from next month we will be having 14 flights a week,” Gondwe Chirwa said.

The airliner on Tuesday gave members of the media and travel agents a test-flight from Blantyre to Lilongwe and back to experience the flight.

Lusayo Mwalwanda, who works for Travel Connections, hailed Ulendo Air link for starting the flight.

The flights between Lilongwe and Blantyre have been introduced barely two months after Ulendo Airlink launched the Lilongwe, Mzuzu and Likoma routes.
