After finishing his testimony, last witness for the second petitioner Malawi Congress Party (MCP) in the presidential polls Daudi Sulemani told the court that he had something to tell the court pertaining security.
Judge Ivy Kamanga interrupted Sulemani saying that he is not allowed to do that Unless if the plea was made through MCP lawyers.
MCP Senior Counsel Mordecai Msiska then said the matter Sulemani wanted to say regards something to do with security at Sulemani’s home.
Kamanga has since said the matter will be discussed in chamber.
