The Electoral Commission-EC is today start printing ballot papers for the by elections for Mzimba Central and South Constituencies.
According to EC Spokesperson Mr Sangwani Mafulirwa the exercise will last for five days before the actual polling day on October 9.
Meanwhile the EC has appealed to all stakeholders including political parties to come to EC head offices in Blantyre to witness the exercise.
