President Peter Mutharika has delegated Vice president Everton Chimulirenji to preside over the Reverend John Chilembwe memorial service slated for Thursday January 15.
This has been communicated in a press statement seen by Face of Malawi reporter, released by the office of vice president.
The memorial service is scheduled to take place at providence Industrial Mission (PIM) in Chiradzulu district.
Reverend Chilembwe is one of the people considered to be heroes for his brave character to stand up against acts of inhumanity.
