Two renowned political analysts have faulted President Peter Mutharika for not doing enough to ease political instability in the country.

The two, George Phiri and Humphrey Mvula think that Mutharika has not genuinely shown commitment to unite stakeholders involved in the impasse.

Phiri and Mvula have however, challenged Mutharika to mind his language if he s to be taken seriously on his contact and dialogue statement.

Defending Mutharika, Minister of Information Mark Botomani claims he (Mutharika) has tried on several occasions to extend an olive branch to the opposition and human rights groups but his efforts have yielded nothing.
