In Nigeria, a Catholic priest yesterday slumped and died while officiating Mass in Rivers State.

According to local media, the pastor’s cause of death still remains unknown.

Reports say it was a normal day at St. Helen Catholic Church, Ogbogoro, Rivers State, on Sunday, March 22, 2020, not until Rev. Father Cyprian Kooro slumped and died while officiating Mass.

He was in the middle of celebrating Mass with his parishioners when he collapsed suddenly, and was immediately rushed to the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, UPTH, where he was pronounced dead.
