President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has come out of his cocoon to comment on ‘death hooks’ hovering on the social media.
Mutharika commented on this during a meeting with Public Affairs Committee (PAC) members at Sanjika Palace in Blantyre.
“I feel glad that after my apparent resurrection, the first group of people I am meeting are religious people. I feel alive again,” said Mutharika while attracting laughter from everyone in the room.
The meeting is being attended by PAC chairperson monsignor Patrick Thawale, his vice Osman Karim, executive director Robert Phiri and board member Agnes Kamoto.
